10.2 Compulsory lessons / theory and driving.

Minimum education requirements for a first-time B driving license student:

• 29 mandatory theory lessons

• Maneuver course with 4 driving lessons

• Minimum of 16 mandatory practical driving lessons (a day of driving typically consists of 2 lessons, each 45 minutes)

• 4 driving lessons on the technical slippery track

A student who is subject to a driving ban (due to a misdemeanor committed within the first three years after acquiring a B driving license) must attend a minimum of 8 theory lessons and 6 practical driving lessons before the theory test, and an additional 2 driving lessons before the driving test. One theory lesson or practical driving lesson consists of 45 minutes, including evaluation, signature, and conclusion.
