1. c. Technique

In order to acquire a regular B driving license, it is not a requirement that you must be able to tell how an engine works in detail. For the theory test, however, you must have knowledge of a few parts, e.g. about the car's headlights. For the driving test, you must, among other things, be able to designate a few individual parts in the engine compartment, and in order to operate a car safely and securely, it is necessary to understand a little technique about the car.
